Online Firearm Ordering Agreement

You can now order firearms online!

Please note that handguns must be shipped to a Gun Shop or a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder located within your state of residence. Long guns (rifles and shotguns) may be shipped to a Gun Shop or a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder located in any state, provided (1) it is legal for you to acquire the firearm in the state where the shop or FFL holder is located and (2) it is legal for you to acquire the firearm in the state, county, and city where you reside. Please consult applicable laws and regulations to determine if you can legally acquire a long gun outside the state where you reside.

Only the person whose name appears on the order will be allowed to take possession of the firearm, and transfer will occur only after all applicable legal requirements (i.e., background check, etc.) are completed. It is your responsibility to verify local, state, and federal laws before attempting to purchase a firearm.
